Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Cincinnati, OH seeks a pre-litigation General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients, and oversee settlement negotiations in personal injury matters. You will lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and drive progress toward trial readiness while maintaining high service standards and KPIs.

Applicants must be active OH Bar members with 1+ year PI experience and strong advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Active OH State Bar Association member in good standing.
• 1+ year of personal injury experience.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily
• Complete Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
• Manage the release approval process
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability
• Drive compliance and KPIs among team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
