BCG Attorney Search seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney in Lexington, Kentucky to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients, and oversee settlement negotiations as part of a trial-ready team.

The attorney will handle personal injury cases, lead 6-10 case managers, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and drive compliance and KPIs while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the KY State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and a drive for long-term goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.
