Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 6+ years of experience in General Liability litigation, with Partner-level responsibility.
• Established or developing book of business in the Florida market.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Track record of high performance in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a General Liability practice unit within the Orlando Division.
• Handle complex General Liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategies while growing a book of business.
• Collaborate with leadership to align practice group goals.
• Partner with Marketing to service clients and pursue new opportunities.
