Job summary

Kelley Kronenberg in New York is seeking a Partner for their General Liability practice. The ideal candidate will manage a sophisticated caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and develop litigation strategies within New York’s court systems. A minimum of 5+ years of relevant litigation experience and a Juris Doctor are required. The position comes with a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $200,000 and comprehensive health benefits including company-paid insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) matching plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of General Liability or Insurance Defense litigation experience.
• Deep understanding of New York Labor Law (Sections 240/241) and local practice.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex litigation and leading a legal team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse General Liability caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation plans, including depositions and mediations.
• Supervise associate attorneys and legal support staff.
