• Experience with complex tort/general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and/or product liability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters at all stages of litigation for assigned cases.
• Represent clients in defense litigation across a broad range of matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on litigation strategy and filings.
• Opportunities to handle court appearances and depositions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular case updates and recommendations.
