• Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis on complex issues.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Manage discovery, fact development, and document review throughout litigation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and gradually assume greater responsibility.
