Thomas, Thomas, and Hafer, LLP seeks an experienced General Liability Attorney to represent insurance and corporate clients in general liability matters in Philadelphia, PA or Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate is a skilled litigator who can manage a caseload independently and deliver strong results for clients.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, an active license in good standing in the relevant states, and prior civil litigation defense experience, including motion

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing in relevant state(s); multi-state admissions a plus.
• Prior civil litigation defense experience; general liability experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of general liability defense matters from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal as needed.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Develop and execute case strategy in coordination with clients, adjusters, and defense teams.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations when appropriate.
