Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience handling complex general liability defense litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong legal writing and research abilities.
• Excellent time-management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client-development interest.
• Commitment to teamwork, inclusivity, and leveraging diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, complex general liability defense caseload across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements, and trial prep.
• Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions as lead or supporting counsel.
• Serve as primary contact for insurers and corporate clients, delivering case assessments and litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative legal strategies and support practice growth.
• Support client development initiatives and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
