Formación

• J.D. required from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in NY (or eligible for admission in multiple states).
• Strong litigation skills including motion practice, discovery, and trial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of general liability defense matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and ADR proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; conduct depositions.
