Qualifications

• JD and active Georgia bar
• 3–8 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
• Deposition and motion-practice experience

Responsibilities

• Defend general liability, premises, and transportation/casualty matters
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
• Advise carriers on exposure and strategy
• Handle Georgia state and federal court defense work
