Qualifications

• 1–10 years of attorney experience, civil litigation preferred.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough legal research and drafts pleadings and motions under senior attorneys' guidance.
• Assists in case preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Maintains client communication with updates and information gathering.
• Handles discovery reviews and responses, with support in interrogatories and depositions.
• Represents clients in court for routine motions and hearings under oversight.
• Advises clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks to ensure compliance.
• Collaborates with seniors, paralegals, and assistants to meet objectives.
• Meets billable hour targets through efficient case management.
• Attends CLE programs and stays updated on legal trends.
