Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California (CA Bar).
• Experience in defense of general liability and commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong research, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Review medical records summaries and advocate for clients.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Attend hearings and depositions, and prepare witnesses for depositions.
