If You Have

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of one year of experience in general liability litigation and insurance defense.
• Proven track record of handling depositions and discovery processes.

You Will Be

• Representing clients in general liability cases, providing expert legal advice and advocacy.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, and trials.
• Managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and handling depositions.
• Providing strategic counsel and risk assessment to clients.
• Preparing and presenting cases in state and federal courts.
• Negotiating settlements and working towards favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high‑quality case management.
