A full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Atlanta is seeking an attorney for its General Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury and premises liability case management, and is expected to handle hearings, depositions, and trials. Responsabilités

Overview

The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Experience specific to personal injury and premises liability required. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.
