Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking a General Ledger Manager to lead month-end close, manage accounting processes, and deliver accurate financial reporting across key business units in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee a team, ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and financial transparency.

Hybrid work with 2-3 days onsite per week at designated locations in Philadelphia, PA, Riverwoods, IL, or Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 8-10 years of progressive accounting or audit experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in general ledger activities within an RTR environment
• 3+ years of people management, coaching, and developing accounting staff
• Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience working within a controlled, audit-ready environment
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership mindset, and accountability
