Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities.
  • Experience in complex, multi-location or multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
  • Experience managing month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and improve accounting processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead general ledger accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Review and analyze financial results, including flux analysis and reconciliations.
  • Oversee general ledger activities and maintain internal controls.
  • Partner with executive leadership on financial reporting, compliance, and initiatives.
  • Lead onshore and offshore accounting personnel, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across systems and units.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
