Job summary

Replimune is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join the Finance team in Woburn. The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting audit requests with a hybrid on-site work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, possess solid US GAAP knowledge, and be proficient in Excel. Oracle Fusion experience is a plus, as are SAP Concur or FloQast skills.

• Review and process credit card expense reports for policy compliance.
• Process weekly employee expense reports via Concur.
• Serve as AP backup for batch processes as needed.
• Maintain SOX controls documentation.
• Assist with SEC schedules and external audits.

Summary Of Job Description

Replimune is a fast-paced start-up environment that is constantly evolving. We are looking for a skilled General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance department. The General Ledger Accountant’s responsibilities include preparing entries and monthly account reconciliations for cash, investments, prepaids, PP&E, accrued expenses, and account payable as part of the monthly close. The General Ledger Accountant will also be assisting the team with ad hoc projects and audit requests.

• This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for Replimune, Inc. and affiliated entities across the general ledger, including investments, prepaids, PP&E, leases, accrued expenses, and accounts payable.
• Support the accrual of clinical vendor and principal investigator expenses.
• Review daily cash transactions and record cash transactions accurately and timely in Oracle Fusion.
• Perform monthly account analyses and FloQast reconciliations and support the entry of FX rates in Oracle.
• Review and process credit card expense reports and receipts for policy compliance and ensure appropriate accounting for expense report transactions.
• Review, approve and pay out weekly employee expense reports through Concur system
• Serve as backup to the Accounts Payable team in AP batch processes, as necessary.
• Maintain SOX internal controls documentation over responsible areas.
• Assist with preparing schedules for SEC reporting and as support for external audits and reviews, including the PP&E roll forward.
• Maintain effective relationships with other departments to ensure effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration

Educational Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience And Skill Requirement

• Prior relevant experience preferred and solid knowledge of US GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel.
• Previous experience with accounting systems preferred; knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Prior experience with SAP Concur or FloQast is a plus.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range

Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $80,500 $104,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s unique set of qualifications, skills, and experience. Our current organizational needs also play a part in determining your final offer.

At Replimune, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The selected candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
