ProValidus Medical Staffing is seeking a General Laborer — Support Staff to assist with cleaning, maintenance, and custodial tasks across diverse sites. You will support heavy-duty operations, help with material handling, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities include operating DOT-regulated trucks, performing inspections, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening and background checks.
• Previous construction, demolition, waste removal, or labor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate DOT-regulated trucks to transport debris, waste, and recyclables.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports.
• Load and unload materials and waste by hand or with equipment.
• Remove waste from active construction, demolition, and renovation sites.
• Ensure loads are secured and transported safely.
• Follow federal, state, and local DOT regulations, including Hours of Service.
• Deliver debris to landfills, transfer stations, or recycling facilities.
• Assist with site cleanup, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Operate hand tools and equipment such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and brooms.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers about schedules and progress.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE.
