You’ll be placed on‑site at one of our national clients, helping keep yards clean, safe, and organized while assisting operators, mechanics, and supervisors. Competitive weekly pay and full‑time hours with Augment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor tasks.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support minor maintenance tasks such as painting or preparing containers.
• Perform basic landscaping or grounds maintenance tasks.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear PPE daily.
• Report safety concerns to site supervisors.

What You’ll Do

As a General Laborer, you’ll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.
