Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo in Milford, OH is seeking a General Laborer for our Paint department on 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm). You’ll perform Bondo tasks and washbooth duties, partnering with the Production team to track job progress and ensure finishing applications are completed safely and efficiently.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and about 1 year of manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, experience with hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance.

Hamilton by Gunnebo is looking for a General Laborer to work in our Paint department for 1st shift, the hours are 6:00am to 4:30pm.

This role performs Bondo tasks and/or tasks in the Washbooth.

What You Will Do

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.
