Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo in Milford, CT is hiring a General Laborer for the Paint department on 1st shift, 6:00am to 4:30pm. The role involves Bondo tasks and washbooth duties, supporting production with prep and finishing applications.

You will communicate with the Production team, perform duties safely, and maintain excellent attendance. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, hand tools proficiency, and ability to lift up to 25

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate hand tools and use mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and able to stand for long periods.

Hamilton by Gunnebo is looking for a General Laborer to work in our Paint department for 1st shift, the hours are 6:00am to 4:30pm.

This role performs Bondo tasks and/or tasks in the Washbooth.

What You Will Do

• Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns.
• Prep product; ensuring finishing applications are performed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Excellent Attendance required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical experience or aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform most work while standing at floor level.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands.
• Self-motivated.
