Job summary

Blank Industries LLC in Hudson, MA is seeking dependable General Laborers for day and night shifts. This ice melt manufacturer offers hands-on work around production equipment, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

You will assist line operators, feed materials onto conveyors, perform quality checks, and help with packaging, warehousing, and shipping. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and enjoy working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing, packaging, production, or related experience preferred (not required).
• Forklift and/or front loader experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly.
• Must be willing and able to perform physical manual labor daily.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, dependable, motivated, and safety conscious.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate around and work near production machinery.
• Assist line operators in meeting daily production goals.
• Feed materials onto conveyors and into hoppers to maintain continuous production.
• Replenish materials and unload components as needed.
• Work with dyes and assist with liquid packaging assembly and installation.
• Perform product inspections and assist with quality control procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Complete equipment pre-checks and post-checks.
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions to management.
• Assist with production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping operations.
• Track and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Blank Industries, a leading ice melt manufacturer serving the New England area, is looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our growing team in Hudson, MA.

We're seeking energetic, reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learn quickly, and take pride in being part of a team. This position involves physical labor, working around production equipment, and working in all weather conditions.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 positions available immediately

Night Shift

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 2 positions available immediately
