Blank Industries, LLC is a fast-growing ice melt manufacturer and packager located in Hudson, MA. We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team who enjoys troubleshooting and repairing equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanic or industrial maintenance technician.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical certifications or technical training are a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions, PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and equipment, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical components, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Repair or replace defective parts according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and inspection records.
• Work with production personnel to quickly resolve mechanical issues.
• Order parts and materials as needed while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Recommend equipment improvements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance solutions.
• Respond quickly to unexpected equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Positions Open

• (1) 6PM to 6AM Mechanic


• (1) 6PM to 6AM Mechanic with Electrical experience


• (1) 6AM to 6PM Mechanic

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar mechanical role.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
