Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead team member
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions
• Support team members in completing projects on time and with quality standards
• Identify and report hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work for extended periods, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow directions
