Job summary

Superior Industries Inc. in Morris, MN is seeking reliable General Laborers to support daily manufacturing operations, keep workspaces safe, and assist equipment operators on the 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday day shift.

You will perform 5S organization, material handling, production support and general duties. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K with 5% match, boot and weld-helmet reimbursements, and occasional bonuses.

Qualifications

Superior is looking for reliable General Laborers to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Workspace Organization & 5S: Maintain a clean, safe, and debris‑free manufacturing environment by applying 5S principles, cleaning production floors, and organizing tools (setting out and putting away).
• Material Handling & Preparation: Locate, tag, and supply necessary parts and tools; move materials to prepare areas for upcoming projects; and efficiently load or unload items from machines and assembly lines.
• Production & Equipment Support: Actively support production by operating machinery, holding materials or tools for operators, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and assisting with any necessary fixes.
• General Support: Step in to perform other duties as assigned to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
