Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking dependable General Laborers for our manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role supports daily production by performing general labor tasks to help maintain quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoys a team‑oriented environment.

Shifts available include First, Second, and Third, with schedule based on business needs. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is not required, and we encourage new entrants to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.

• Perform a variety of general labor duties as assigned.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, sorting, or production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Assist team members with production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Frequently bend, twist, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.
• Lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Perform repetitive movements using hands, arms, and shoulders.
• Work in manufacturing or warehouse environments with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
