Forte Opening Solutions in Birchwood, WI is seeking a General Laborer to support manufacturing operations on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5AM-3:30PM) with overtime on Fridays.

You will follow job orders, gather materials, use hand tools, perform safety checks, maintain clean workstations, wear PPE, and collaborate with teammates under supervisor guidance. This role offers wage growth through a skill-based pay program and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Proven ability to work with hand tools and follow schematics.
• Strong adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Follow job orders and schematics according to production needs.
• Gather materials based on schematics and production plans.
• Craft and perform basic repairs using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform safety checks and assessments on products and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation; follow housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly; receive day-to-day direction from supervisor.
