Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions in Birchwood, WI seeks a maintenance technician to service production equipment such as presses, sanders, and conveyors. You will support projects and perform preventive and predictive maintenance while following safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have aVocational Degree or 5+ years of experience, with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, and basic PLC exposure considered a plus. Overtime, on-call, and a four-day work week offer rewarding flexibility.

Qualifications

Must follow prescribed safety procedures and work safely.
Ability to read blueprints and job data sheets.
Problem solving for complex situations with minimal supervision.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication and welding.
Familiarity with PLC programming is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Service and troubleshoot production and support equipment (presses, sanders, conveyors).
Provide project support and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and work safely.
