You will rotate tasks across stations and contribute to a culture of quality and teamwork. The position offers a four-day work week with no weekends, potential overtime on Fridays, and opportunities for skill-based pay growth as proficiency

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting working in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Load and unload doors or raw materials.
• Assemble, craft and move doors through the manufacturing process.
• Follow job orders and schematics.
• Gather materials based on schematics.
• Perform safety checks and assess product and materials.
• Maintain workstation and general housekeeping.
• Support team members through collaboration and clear communication.
• Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
