Starting Rate of Pay: $18.00

$500 Sign-on Bonus + $1.50 shift differential

Shifts Available:

2:30pm-3am Monday - Thursday
10:30am-11pm Monday-Thursday
6:30pm-7am Monday - Thursday
10:30pm-11am Sunday - Wednesday

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn to identify mechanical problems with the finish saw and develop relationships with maintenance resources.
• Understand product cut lengths and verification points such as shift changes, stoppages, new dies/orders, first and last cuts.
• Ensure adherence to cut tolerances for each customer/order.
• Maintain proper saw blade coolant, oil levels, and correct fluids for effective cutting.
• Help empty saw chip collectors and contact forklift drivers when dumpsters are full.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Basic command of English language.
• Ability to read tape measures in feet and inches.
• Punctuality and good attendance.
• Teamwork, organization, adaptability, and self-motivation.
• Experience in a heavy industrial environment preferred.
