Job summary

All Rail Construction in Idaho seeks motivated General Laborers to join our railroad construction team. You’ll perform general labor duties, load/unload tools, and assist with maintenance and repairs on active job sites.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, travel as needed, and follow safety procedures while contributing to high-quality infrastructure projects with RSS backing.

Qualifications

• General labor duties on railroad construction projects.
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions; travel and overtime as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliable work ethic.

• Operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair work.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
