Job summary

Garelick Farms is hiring a General Laborer for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). The role supports production with general duties, loading/unloading, packaging, and moving items on conveyors to ensure smooth operation.

External candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, following GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators as necessary.
• Load and unload materials, ingredients, parts, products, cases, crates, and pallets.
• Move, stack, or place items on conveyor manually or by mechanized means.
• Deliver production or area specific items to designated work areas for processing.
• Pack products in crates or boxes by hand.
• Sort, bundle, and fill containers or place in assembled units.
• Mark or put identifying labels on product loads.
• Construct or de-construct shipping boxes.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the assigned area.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Report quality and operational issues or irregularities to supervisor as they occur.

2ndShift: Mondays thru Fridays 3:00PM to 11:30PM

Rate: $20.75 + $1.50 Shift Diff. (2ndand 3rdShifts)

GENERAL PURPOSE

Perform a variety of general duties of a basic, repetitive, and/or manual nature that are relevant to the work area(s) being supported.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
