Role Summary

The General Laborer 2 will assist skilled trades on various construction projects, including new builds and renovations. Responsibilities include site cleanup, material handling, equipment operation, and other tasks as assigned, supporting JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities - Core

• Assist trades by loading, unloading, and distributing materials.
• Transport and dismantle construction materials.
• Manage site cleanup and trash disposal.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Operate pumps and dewatering equipment.
• Organize site containers and perform gate duty and flagging.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE standards.
• Demonstrate professional behavior: punctuality, respect, safety, and a positive attitude.

Additional Responsibilities - General Laborer 2

• Lead by example, instruct, and assign duties.
• Verify deliveries and secure tools daily.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Handle and transport materials safely.
• Assist with demolition as directed.

Education & Experience

• Work in extreme conditions and at heights or in confined spaces.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours with reliable transportation.
