Role Summary

The General Laborer 2 will assist skilled trades on various construction projects, including new builds and renovations. Responsibilities include site cleanup, material handling, operating equipment, and supporting safety and project needs. Tasks vary by project and phase, aligning with JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

• Autonomy and Decision-Making: Follows directions and refers exceptions to supervisor.
• Career Path: General Laborer 3

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Assist trades with material handling and site cleanup.
• Transport and dismantle materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of tools and site areas.
• Operate pumps, equipment, and perform safety duties.
• Comply with PPE and OSHA standards.

Key Role Responsibilities - Additional Core

• Lead by example and assist in receiving deliveries.
• Secure tools and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Handle and transport materials safely.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

• Reliable transportation required.
