Job summary
Vonachen Group is seeking a General Laborer for full-time 1st shift responsibilities. You will operate floor-cleaning equipment, forklifts, and various powered tools while supporting maintenance tasks and safety protocols.
The position requires 18+, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Work hours are 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with benefits and daily pay opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successfully pass training: Lock-Out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces, Aerial Lifts, Forklift, Gator/Cart, Fall Protection, PPE, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs.
- Work at heights to 40 feet.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Full-Time 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm.
Responsibilities
- Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors.
- Safely operate a forklift.
- Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators).
- Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift).
- Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools.
- Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties.
- Perform grounds maintenance services (e.g., landscaping and snow removal).
- Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
