This position involves performing routine construction-related activities such as pulling rope, climbing ladders, using common hand tools, manual digging with a shovel, cable handling, and general clean-up.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Stocking and loading trucks with materials.
2. Completing daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks.
3. Accurately completing all required company documentation according to established standards.
4. Organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
5. Reading blueprints to interpret daily work assignments.
6. Traffic control and safety measures.
7. Maintaining clean work areas and trucks.
8. Performing work safely and adhering to safety policies.
9. Reconciling issued parts and materials daily for accurate usage.
10. Willingness to work shifts, including overtime.
11. Performing physical tasks required for the entire shift.

Additional abilities include:

• Working in all temperatures and weather conditions.
• Working efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift.
• Communicating professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers.
• Reliable and responsible attendance.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Passing drug and background screenings.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
