General Laborer

Westfalia is hiring! We are looking for a General Laborer to join our Warehouse Operations team. The Laborer will assist with various manual tasks to support construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or other labor-intensive environments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in various environments.

Job Functions:

1. Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
2. Operate basic tools, machinery, and equipment as needed.
3. Assist skilled workers in construction, maintenance, or production projects.
4. Follow safety protocols and wear the required protective equipment.
5. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Support team members with various duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Prior experience in manual labor or a related field is a plus but not required.
2. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (typically up to [weight] lbs.).
3. Willingness to work outdoors or in various environments.
4. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
6. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.

Education/Experience:
