About Us

Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties caused by water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
  • Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal.
  • Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
  • Perform initial loss inspection.
  • Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc., and perform general demolition after a loss.
  • Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
  • Act as the daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
  • Participate in our 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the schedule.
  • Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
  • Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Previous mitigation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Available for emergency services (nights, weekends, & holidays) and rotating on-call.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and climbing ladders as needed.
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Reliable working cell phone.

HOURS: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with optional overtime.

PAY: $19.00-$23.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunities, including a monthly phone stipend.
