Job summary

Duininck is hiring for a seasonal, full-time construction role based at Randolph Air Force Base. You will operate heavy equipment and perform manual dirt work, paving and related tasks as part of infrastructure projects.

This position requires willingness to travel, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and the potential to pass a background security clearance. A strong benefits package is provided, including PTO, per diem, health, dental and life insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must understand safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Rakes and shovels hot mix, dirt and other materials.
• Performs manual labor tasks associated with dirt work, paving, or underground utility work.
• Operates skid steer loader, shouldering machine, broom, or other equipment when direct by foreman.
• Performs necessary daily inspection and or maintenance of equipment used.
• Keeps equipment clean and in working order and prepares equipment for transport when needed.
• Maintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety at jobsite.
• Follows Supervisor’s instructions closely.
