Easton Select Group is seeking a dependable General Laborer – Pool Maintenance to support our service team in maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools. This outdoor role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and is eager to learn the pool service industry.

You will assist experienced Pool Service Technicians with routine maintenance, seasonal openings and closings, equipment handling, and general labor tasks to keep pools clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous labor, landscaping, construction, maintenance, or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn pool maintenance techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pool Service Technicians with weekly pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Vacuum pools, skim debris, brush pool walls, steps, and tile lines.
• Test and record pool water chemistry.
• Assist with opening and closing swimming pools for the season.
• Carry and transport equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Load and unload service vehicles each day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at customer properties.
• Communicate professionally with customers while representing Easton Select Group.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions including heat, humidity, and light rain.
• Ability to safely handle pool equipment and chemicals following company procedures.

Work Environment

• Primarily outdoor work at residential and commercial pool locations.
• Seasonal workload with opportunities for overtime during peak pool season.
• Travel between customer locations throughout the workday.
