Job summary

Priority Pools is seeking a reliable Pool Service Technician to maintain and clean residential and commercial pools, spas, and water features. You will work in the field with limited supervision, ensuring high-quality results and safety.

The role requires physical stamina, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and certification opportunities are provided, along with a supportive team and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in service, maintenance or labor-based role (pool experience preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently with time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and move equipment as needed.
  • Punctual, dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain water chemistry and meet health and safety standards.
  • Clean pools, spas and water features (brush, vacuum, skim, filter maintenance).
  • Conduct equipment inspections and minor repairs as needed.
  • Maintain service logs and reports for each property.
  • Monitor chemical inventory and supplies.
  • Report equipment issues or property concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and safe work environment at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and water features. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a dedicated office and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain proper water chemistry and ensure pools meet health and safety standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning of pools, spas, and water features (including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and filter maintenance).
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and minor repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and reports for each property.
  • Monitor and track chemical and supply inventory.
  • Identify and report any equipment issues or property concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and safe work environment at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
