Ideal candidates are able to lift 50+ lbs, learn new tools, work in varying weather, and communicate effectively with crew leaders. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus.
• Willing and able to learn new tools, equipment and skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Dependable with good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Working Conditions:Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Some weekends may be required.
