Job summary

Smith Lawnscapes LLC is seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance team. This entry-level role focuses on preparing jobsites, assisting with patios, walkways, walls, fences, decks and other projects, while adhering to safety and quality workmanship.

You will lift heavy materials, operate hand and power tools, and support Crew Leaders daily. We offer competitive pay, benefits including health, dental and vision, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus.
• Willing and able to learn new tools, equipment and skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Dependable with good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Working Conditions

Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Some weekends may be required.
