Smith Lawnscapes LLC is seeking a dependable Earthworks Crew Member to join our family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance team in the Lansing area. This full-time role involves hands-on site work, collaboration with the crew, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities include grading, drainage, equipment operation (skid steers, mini excavators, compactors), safety adherence, and keeping jobsites clean and organized while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, drainage, or earthwork preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Equipment operation experience.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
