Smith Lawnscapes LLC is a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company seeking a dependable Earthworks Crew Member to join the team in Michigan. You will perform site preparation, grading, and drainage work while following safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors, assisting with layouts, and keeping sites tidy.

Competenze

• Experience in construction, landscaping, drainage, or earthwork preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Equipment operation experience.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
