Help others in your community recover from unexpected property damage caused by water, mold, smoke, fire, vandalism, storms, or other disasters. Paul Davis Restoration, the country's leading disaster restoration company, is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team.

Compensation: $14.00/hr - $16.00/hr (range provided by Paul Davis Canada; actual pay based on skills and experience)

Essential Responsibilities

• Represent Paul Davis with honesty and integrity, performing duties according to standards and best practices.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with management and customers.
• Provide labor for emergency property damage repairs caused by water, fire, mold, storms, etc.
• Maintain and track company equipment and supplies.
• Use smartphones for taking/sharing job photos and recording work hours.
• Work as part of a team, follow directions, and learn new skills.
• Perform on-call rotations as needed.
• Climb ladders and lift at least 75 pounds.
• Work in confined spaces and various environmental conditions.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow safety practices including PPE use.
• Assist with light carpentry, demolition, and cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, passing drug and background checks, and availability to be 'on call' after hours. Experience in water and smoke restoration is preferred but not required.
