Job Details

• FLSA Status: Non-exempt
• Summary: Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, perform quality work swiftly and efficiently as part of a team.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform all manual labor in assigned areas.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
3. Read and use a tape measure.
4. Interpret blueprints and work from orders.
5. Communicate effectively with coworkers.
6. Utilize hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous manufacturing/modular housing experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

Employees must regularly stand, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Frequent walking, climbing, balancing, and stooping are required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
