Job Summary

The General Laborer is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement. You will work with senior maintenance professionals to perform general maintenance tasks and repairs for assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

1. Perform minor maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, caulking, and drywall repair under supervision.
2. Maintain property appearance, grounds, and common areas, including landscaping and snow removal.
3. Clean units in preparation for occupancy, including appliances, fixtures, floors, and trash removal.
4. Assist with demolition of vacant units under supervision.
5. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service calls.
6. Ensure compliance with fire and building codes; report safety or code violations immediately.
7. Perform snow removal duties as directed.
8. Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
9. Perform other minor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Mechanically inclined mindset.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Possession of basic hand tools is preferred.
4. Ability to meet deadlines.
