We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and operating basic tools and machinery. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in construction projects (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers).
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing hazards.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and light machinery.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and site procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous construction or manual labor experience is a plus.
