Position located at Lehigh Valley Syrup plant, involving general housekeeping, sanitation duties, operating floor scrubbers, forklift for loading/unloading, and handling materials and products. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. is required.

This is a bargaining union position represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect facilities to ensure safety and GMP compliance.
2. Operate cleaning equipment and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
3. Perform production setup and sanitation activities.
4. Operate hose winding and washing stations.
5. Handle and dispose of non-conforming products, recording dispositions accurately.
6. Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or similar equipment.
7. Ensure product quality in accordance with Coca-Cola Quality System.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
9. Identify and report policy or procedure deviations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years manufacturing/shipping experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand instructions and record data accurately.
• Ability to stand, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 60 lbs.
